Terms & Conditions for my Reading Groups

Welcome to The Cotswold Book Nook Reading Groups. I'm thrilled to have you join my community of book lovers.

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please familiarise yourself with my T&C's.

Courtesy and Respect

I ask all members to treat each other with courtesy and respect during our discussions. My aim is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and opinions.

Please listen actively and allow others to express themselves without interruption. Regardless of whether you agree or not with their viewpoint. Thank you. 

Payments and my Cancellation Policy

My Three Reading Groups:

Reading Group One (Coffee House 43)

This group is FREE but without the bookish extras, e.g. no raffle, no Author Q&A's, no events, no book reviews posted on the Socials. 

Reading Group Two (Cafe Elm)

Group Two members pay a small annual membership fee per person. This fee is non-refundable. There will be the occasional Author Q&A's, Bookish Events, a monthly Raffle, Book Reviews posted on the Socials.

Reading Group Three (New - June 2026)

Members joining the third group will use a PAYG system for each session. This payment is non-refundable. There will be the occasional Author Q&A's, Bookish Events, a monthly Raffle, Book Reviews posted on the Socials. 

Payments

I use the Eventbrite platform for bookings and payments to ensure a secure and efficient process. This will apply to Literary Festival Author Talks and Book Group Outings etc, unless I agree otherwise with individuals. 

Please Note: The monthly Raffle monies are collected in CASH ONLY at the group meeting. 

Non Attendance

Please contact me via our WhatsApp Group or a more private direct WhatsApp message if you can't attend at short notice. This way I know not to expect you or wait for you at the Group.
